How can I cancel my order?

If you have a subscription product you would like to cancel then please log into your account and cancel your subscription within your account. If it is a one of order then please give a minimum of 48hrs notice by using our contact us form.

Can I select what goes in the box?

Contents are selected by ourselves depending on quality/season/availability. They are swapped around a little each week to give variety.

What does a £25 box contain?

Each £25 box contains a minimum of 18 items (mixture of fruit, veg & salad)

Box contents are adapted to suit the season too.

Late April-September = Summer boxes containing more salad and lighter stir fry veg - perfect for warmer weather

October-Early April = Winter boxes containing more root/heavy veg - Ideal for comfort food on cold nights.

Can I collect?

Yes you can collect in person from our unit in Cramlington (Unit 18C, Moorland Way, Nelson Park Industrial Estate, Cramlington, NE23 1WE). Collection options and times are subject to change so to make sure please feel free to call us on 07453 271189

Where do we deliver?

At the moment I’m delivering 4 days a week (Monday to Friday) covering Cramlington plus an additional area each day - this might change slightly during the current situation (Covid)

Monday - Cramlington (including Dudley/Annitsford) plus NE12/NE3/NE5/NE15/NE18/NE20
Tuesday - No Deliveries
Wednesday - Cramlington (including Dudley/Annitsford) plus NE25/NE26/NE27/NE30
Thursday - Cramlington (including Dudley/Annitsford) plus NE63/NE64/NE61/NE34/NE33/NE32/NE31/NE28/NE6/NE24/NE22/NE62/NE13/NE3 (Great Park/Kingston Park)
Friday - Cramlington (including Dudley/Annitsford)

What if i’m not home to take delivery?

We are happy to leave your order in a safe accessible place i.e. garage/porch/shed/summer house/back garden etc. Please specify this, as you order, in the delivery info section.
